I am honoured to have been an extracurricular pupil of Astrophysicist Professor Tamara Davis during my last 3 years of high school.

Professor Davis is the ARC Laureate Fellow at the University of Queensland, an award-winning teacher, and one of the most published academic researchers in the country.

Since early 2019 Prof. Davis has very generously given me her time in meetings, setting research assignments, and ongoing feedback and support. Tamara has been amazing and is a genuine hero of mine. She is an inspiration, and I truely hope to follow in her footsteps. Physics PhD here I come!

Plot of Scale Factors of Expansion of the Universe.
Scale Factor Expansion.png
This has been a challenging and very interesting assignment. Looking at the nature of our universe and how different parameters would cause the expansion or collapse of the universe and over what timeframes.
Using the Python programming language was excellent, and it showed me the power of coding and mathamatics to solve extremely complex equations. I have definaetly improved my calculus skills!
